"Hotel Cavalletto was absolutely beautiful. We had a room right on the canal overlooking the Gondola’s. The breakfast included was continental but there was hot scrambled egg, bacon and sausage available also. The staff were more than friendly and helpful, and nothing we asked was too much. We did have to move room on our first day due to a small air conditioning issue, but the staff moved us swiftly and made our stay extra special. I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to the beautiful city of Venice, and Hotel Cavalletto will be where I stay."

The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning.
