"We stayed at the Hyatt Grand Central 2 nights , traveling with our 3 granddaughters ( ages 21, 21, and 16). My husband is disabled, in a wheelchair, and our accessible room was large, clean, and perfect for us. We were placed in a room next to our granddaughters, as requested. Their room was also surprisingly large for NYC. The Market Cafe food was great. Staff were incredibly helpful with transportation issues. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay here! It was steps away from Times Square and there were many options for restaurants nearby. It was within easy walking distance of Rockefeller Center and Fifth Avenue. I appreciated the security measures, like checking that you have a room key before allowing you to go up to the rooms. There is a little store for a quick breakfast in the morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time!"
