"Tips: You have to take a ferry to the beach. It's beautiful and actually enjoyable. However, if you stay late, the last ferry leaves at 5:00. If you want to get off the beach at a decent time, get in line for the ferry not long after 4:00. Also, book dinner early in the day through the concierge. We only had a problem one night, but that was only for one restaurant and there were other options that worked well. And nothing to do with the resort, but BOOK YOUR BIO BAY TOUR BEFORE YOUR TRIP! They fill up fast. Also, Viejo San Juan (an hour from the resort by taxi) is well worth the trip just to see the Castillo San Felipe del Morro. "

"The options for activities were great and nightly shows. Staff was helpful and diligent about keeping the property clean as well as following the protocol. Staff on the property was helpful with excursions and the gift shop had a little bit of everything especially health and feminine needs plus souvenirs "

It was arranged to be picked up and brought back. The excursions were easy to book. They were well explained they ran for the appropriate time. We never felt rushed The food was amazing. The two things that topped our trip was the staff and entertainment, as well as as the cleanliness and the breathtaking area that we were in on the resort It was exceptional!"

"The property is amazing to relax and stay there. If you are looking something like this, it is the right place. The beach is amazing, service incredible and rooms perfect. The only thing is that they do not mop the floors daily, there was a lot of dust under the beds and the lamps were full of dust too. The balcony was really dirty. However, if you want to explore the island, you will want to rent a car or stay more like in San Juan or Condado or Isla verde. The only observation we have for the hotel is that after 6pm is too boring. They should have more activities or shows to entertain the people at night. "
