"There is no place like Atlantis. Staying there is a very unique and entertaining experience. Most of the staff that we spoke with were very helpful and accommodating. The grounds are breathtaking and attention to detail in the decor was very impressive. The only drawback would be the food prices. When staying at the resort, you really are captive to their food options as there aren't many other choices close by. Meals were significantly overpriced, to the point that I wouldn't stay there for...

"The property is very beautiful.. one thing o observe was the entrance to the lobby was leaking heavily due to heavy rain.. I think they management need to have this issue resolved immediately.. the dining room staff were very helpful.. I would like to acknowledge two individuals who went above and beyond for me and other guests.. Yanique that works in the evening and Mikale that works breakfast in the morning.. I hope I spell their names correctly.. they both work in the main dining room...

"I would return to this resort every year. Some of the waiters had very poor English which resulted in incorrect meal orders. They needed more activities for kids because the teenagers club and game rooms were empty buildings. Overall it was a great vacation "

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."
