"The staff and this hotel were so nice and friendly. They could not do enough for us. The only thing I was surprised at is that all the dining areas make sure that they have gluten free food but NO SUGAR FREE DESSERTS OR SYRUP for the pancakes for diabetics. I brought it to the attention of a chef named Michael and he said he would look into it. We were there for 10 Days and not one thing was done for the people that are diabetics. We own a timeshare elsewhere and I mentioned it to them...

"My adult daughter and I went to the Jamaica Inn for a quick 4 night getaway. What makes this resort is the staff and the beach. Ash Quade and William at the beach bar were so friendly and entertaining. The spa was wonderful. Marica was very helpful in assisting us in spa offerings. Azeeza gave a great massage and my daughter enjoyed her facial with Kenneth. The beach was gorgeous. We enjoyed paddle boarding. It is a quiet resort. Most of the visitors were British and retirees.
