"Location is perfect, only a 4 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is clean, the staff was excellent and breakfast was good as well. If there was a downfall at all it would be that there isn’t an elevator…but after all you are in Venice so that is expected. Highly recommend "

Easy access to public transportation, but also easy to walk to the sights or just to wander down little side canals. But the main draw is the people. They are so very hospitable and helpful and make each visit feel like coming home. "

"Beautiful hotel set outside the busy area. Very easy walking distance to the grand canal and some very nice restaurants near by. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were “ok”, pastries were excellent. Front desk was friendly and able to make all taxi bookings via WhatsApp. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Only missing a bathrob to make it a perfect stay. Would return and recommend. "
