"A wonderful stay. Brilliant location with the benefit of being quiet. We had a suite which didn't disappoint, with details like fruit bowl, biscuits in the room and supply of water, trip organised for Murano by the hotel etc. The staff was friendly and very helpful. "We loved the receptionist! Although her English was not well, she communicated the best she could with us. We got free candy everyday, everything in your mini fridge is FREE! You get natural water, sparkling water, soda, beer and an entire bottle of champagne. The view from our window was stunning. You could see a little bridge and the canal straight from there. We were within 6-7 mins from the train station and areas to take water taxi and water busses. You could also do gandola rides...
