"Location was perfect, only 500 meters from the train terminal and our room overlooking the grand canal provided awesome views of the city. Plenty of shops and dining were within walking distance. "Ok! This place is a hidden gem!!! And i do mean hidden it is down an alley that most people would avoid! But i say this to you my friend! GO DOWN THAT ALLEY!! The rewards are more well than you can imagine! This hotel is an amazing kind and remakably cool place. It reminds me of a really upscale brothel in design. But the kindess of the staff is unparalleled. And the breakfast was amazing and the beds were awesome ... just sayin i liked this place"

"The location is wonderful, facing the Grand Canal and right next to a boulevard full of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Very convenient to get to from Marco Polo airport using the taxiboats with a walk of about 10 minutes. The atmosphere in general is charming and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious for these old buildings."

" Atop St. Mark’s Clock Tower, you will see one of the only gardens in all of Venice A 17th century marvel that is the home of the NH COLLECTION PALAZZO DEI DOGI. Staying here, walking the grounds, sipping a spritz on the private patio, before stepping out onto the dock to be whisked away to the Grand Canal, or some adventure- is truly a princely experience. If you are lucky enough to book the Presidential Suite - you will have a breath-taking view of the lagoon, from two magnificent floors, which will make it hard to leave your rooms at all. Yet, every room and cottage has it’s unique charms. The staff is truly proud of this wondrous place, and their Venetian heritage. We could not have been more pampered, better guided, cared for or more delighted to be their guests. The location is quiet, and the nearby bars and restaurants are abuzz with sophisticated locals, enjoying life. A short walk, and a bridge or two away from all the major attractions - this was truly a memorable experience. Thank you, each and all. "

"If I could give location 10 stars I would. It’s literally a 3 min walk on 2nd stop water taxi from the airport. At times I skipped the taxi and my furthest walk was 30 minutes. I’d stay again "
