When checking in the hotel we reserved a room with the Grand Canal View we were told they were going to have to downgrade because our son was with us and the room only fit two. They wanted to take away the Grand Canal View and change it to a standard room for the same price. I fought the Manager for twenty minutes before he relented us to let us keep our room. The room was not the cleanest there was blood drops on the headboard of the bed. The floor was extremely dirty but hey the view was amazing. We asked for a private water taxi the day before leaving and the clerk said she would arrange it and call up to the room to confirm. We waited for over 3 hours and no call. We decided to arrange our own transportation then we were checking out the private water taxi was sitting waiting for us that she never confirmed. The hotel breakfast and shower are the highlights, the staff was horrible. Spend $500 somewhere else per night, it’s not worth it my friends.

You pay for the location. The rooms are small; the bathroom door came off. No place to put your items in the bathroom. But… on the grand canal! Location is excellent.

This hotel is very convenient to the Venice-St Lucia train station. It has lots of resturants around it. A water taxi was able to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the airport.

Great location in Venice, near train station (short walk) on the canal. Hotel staff were great. And restuarant had good food and views. Modern ammenities, old world charm. Has elevaor but still many steps to room (due to old buildings), so hard with lots of luggage. Overall, I do recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful . The porter, housekeepers, front desk and The concierge service was impressive. The on-site restaurant had amazing food and unbelievable service! I was thoroughly impressed with everyone and everything.

Really great location. 4 minute walk (easy to do with suitcases) right on the canal. We stayed in Juno suite which had a nice balcony with indirect view of the canal. Very walkable. Friendly English speaking staff. Breakfast for $10 euros

Very nice stay for a visit to Venice. Great location as it is close to the train station / main taxi bus terminal, so when first arriving the luggage haul is made easy, and everything is walkable after the fact. The room was nice and clean with all the expected amenities and our short stay was amazing! I can highly recommend this hotel!

Great value and very close to Santa Lucia train station! This was the perfect place to stay and the staff are super helpful and attentive. The on property restaurants are excellent as well. Highly recommended!

The property was a little dated and the wood ceiling in our room was not our vibe but the A/C was good and the room size was great! The best part were the staff were ALL super friendly and understanding. They were also patient to explain everything. They did not get frustrated even though there was a whole tour group they were checking in.

Although the property was located in a great area the room itself was lacking. It appeared that the hotel was in mid stride repairing the bathroom in our room, but left unfinished. The shower grout lines had mold in the shower, as well.
