"I have stayed many times in north east Wales for work but first time to try Beaufort Park. The hotel has a 1970s Swiss chalet feeling with the expanse of pine in the lobby. Check in was good and quick but my room was quite a walk from the reception. I didn’t use any of the facilities or have breakfast. Despite opening the window the room was very warm which made it difficult to sleep but other than that, it did what was needed. "

Dark haired girl on spa reception was not very helpful, every time I asked a question she just said look at the website. We had no idea there was a spa world until we came out & spoke to the lady upstairs who was helpful & showed me around even though it was closed. Very helpful if we decide to come back "

"Started with a fabulous welcome. We were early on arrival but we're able to leave our bags without any hassle. A wee bit difficult to find but 2 separate families stopped within 30 seconds of us looking confused and pointed us in the right direction. Room set up as requested (twin) beds comfy, room light and airy. Bathroom and shower clean, compact and modern. Hairdryer was top notch unlike regular hotel offerings.
