"I had a lovely stay at the Harbour hotel. I arrived later than hoped after a long, stressful train journey. The two ladies on reception greeted me warmly and one took me through to the lift and gave me a little history of the building. Sadly, I didn’t have time to experience the spa facilities but if I’d have been there for longer, I definitely would. The restaurant looked really nice. My room was gorgeous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was a complimentary gin waiting for me, which was welcome. The bathroom was clean and modern with very nice toiletries provided. The hotel was close to lots of bars and restaurants and wasn’t far to walk to the docks. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to go back to spend a couple of nights there when I’m not working! It was reasonably priced too. Many thanks."

"The facilities and presentation of the hotel was excellent. Location is perfect. Bedrooms comfortable and roomy. Bar service very good. Breakfast food was good but service was poor. Clearing tables all around was slow including our table. "
