Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On Friday night they allowed us in to the hotel bar even though there was no one else there. The building is very unique and can feel a bit like a maze but it adds to the charm of the hotel.

Lovely quiet, comfortable room. Good spa facilities. Lift ideal as disabled. Had a wet room which was good. Nice breakfast. No parking but get discount for NCP carpark. A nice break.
