"My room was well equiped and clean. There was damage to bathroom floor tiles and sink, controls on the shower were damaged but everything was clean and everything worked. Tje little coffee maker was great once I figured it out and the welcome chocolate chip cookie was very nice. My food, a chicken burger and fries was only warm, not hot. It was tasty though. The parking was £8 which i wadnt aware of until I had booked. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice."

"Very good stay at the Avon Gorge, On street parking was quite easy to find but we did arrive a couple of hours early and did notice around booking in time 3pm things were significantly busier. Very friendly reception who gave plenty of information relevant to our 1 night stay. We booked a Deluxe Balcony room on the first floor with a view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, The room smelt fresh and clean upon entry and everything was maintained to a good standard. "Staff was very professional, welcoming and polite. Really good location- walkable distance to train station (5mins) without the noise of trains and city centre is 10 mins walk. Highly recommended. "

"A good setting very central. Helpful staff and good cleanliness. The only negatives were why a family room with two double beds and booked for 4 only had cups and gowns/Towels for 2 and the bathroom tap was loose which although functional will only get worse with time. "
