Very easy check in, staff extremely friendly, got upgraded to a sea view room that was a lovely touch. Our room was large, clean, and light, bed was really comfortable. Will definitely return.

The actually hotel was very nice. Unfortunately a local establishment had a very loud karaoke evening which went on long into the early hours. So not much sleep was had

The location is good. However, it was a bank holiday when we arrived, and right down our window outside, was very very noisy. Worse thing was that we were not able to receive the WIFI in the room we were given. I had to use my phone lol for 8 hours that night and that cost a lot which I'm not happy about.

Property was well situated to all the amenities, staff were very nice. Downside was to close to the lively part of town. Kareoko Bar immediately behind the hotel which closes at 2am and next to two nights clubs. Weatherspoons on the otherside. .

The property was lovely and clean but the shower didnt work, they gave us an upgrade with a sea view but could not turn off shower and couldnt adjust temperature, maintenance fixed it but said needed new shower, ive emailed the hotel as advised and asked for £100 refund off the 4 night stay but as yet no reply

Good for a short break

Such a great location and free parking is a massive plus. Weston Super Mare is a quiet and friendly town. All the staff at the hotel were pleasant and professional.
