"Upon check in we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room. A lovely surprise as it was a birthday trip. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. All the common areas on the ground floor were nicely laid out and colourful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Would have been perfect if they offered more coffee options other than filter. Overall a good stay and would go back."

"I had a lovely stay for work and wished I could have spent more time in my room, which was gorgeous! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the bits and pieces I needed. The sea view (with a complimentary G&T!) was just amazing. Breakfast was also really nice with lots of choice. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Good value for price, close to shopping, restaurants, and up the hill form the beach. A few too many homeless men and shady-looking groups of men near the entrance. It's not the hotels fault, but it can be worrisome for solo female travelers."
