Nice hotel with great and friendly staff. Lily was lovely. Great spot to be in. It's a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride to the lanes or Brighton Centre.

This was a great stay for me and my partner. Everything was lovely the only reason it not making 5 stars for me was because the shower didn’t seem to work that great but apart from that it was lovely hopefully that can get sorted.

Charm by name and charming by nature! Set in a quiet street with facing gardens, about 5 minutes walk from the pier and Old Steine. Plenty of buses nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staf very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We were here overnight and would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful little hotel, so close to the city centre. A lot of thought has gone into this place. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. If you are ever thinking of staying in Brighton, book The Charm!
