"Located in the heart of Brighton’s bar, restaurant and arts centre, this hotel is a great mix of ‘old’ and ‘new’ and an overall great spot. We used the gym/spa facilities and although they are small, they are functionally great for what we needed. The staff are lovely and helpful and I would recommend the Leonardo to anyone looking for a nice getaway. I would, however, warn that the parking is quite expensive but.i guess that’s an understandable cost for the convenience."

"Stay at Legends when ever in Brighton, 3-6 times per year. Always look forward to returning; perfect base for access to what ever you are doing in Brighton. You can’t beat a beer on the terrace when the sun shines! "

"It's got all that's good about a mal mason by the sea. Restaurant is good and staff are nice. Don't scrimp and pay the extra few quid for a sea view or you may as well be in the lanes. "

"The hotel seems rather tired these days - decor and furnishings. Our first room was cramped. We upgraded to a much better room however it had no working heating - portable electric heater provided, the sink was blocked and the lights inside the wardrobe would not switch off on closure. Breakfast was very good and staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Parking overnight in the centre of Brighton is hugely expensive (£40 +) "
