"The staff and rooms were great but the communal areas away from front of house were grubby and dirty. No lift to our room on the third floor in the annex , for anyone with disability or breathing problems it’s not a good option of room . And at no point were we asked. "This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. The room is a pit, the décor is depressing and thoroughly disappointing.
