"Went with a friend for overnight stay in Brighton. The parking was easy (under the hotel); the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated at the edge of the Lanes, lots of good restaurants nearby, it is on the sea front so lovely walks along the Promenade. The pier is just over the road. The swimming pool is small. Breakfast is really good - complete with someone cooking fresh pancakes and omelettes. "

"This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. The room is a pit, the décor is depressing and thoroughly disappointing.
