A tired, slightly shabby but reasonably clean hotel. great location out of town but walking distance. Near to Beach. Staff were nice and it was quiet. Things like carpets, plug sockets, general décor, TV's could do with modernising but in the whole not too bad

You get what you pay for, staff were all helpful and happy, bed linen was clean, tea and coffee making facilities were good. The decor was old and tired and the place has seen better days. I was staying for 1 night and it was fine.

A good budget hotel a quick walk from the restaurants, cafes and shops on Church Road at a good price for Brighton and Hove. The staff were welcoming and helpful and although the building is a little tired it was clean, spacious and overall was exactly what we needed.

Me and my wife stayed at the oyo and have never experienced such nive friendly and helful staff the price for the standard is amazing we stay in brighton every 2 months and this hotel has now got our loyal customer and we wont be staying anywhere else
