Whilst some of the breakfast staff’s English speaking skills were a bit limited, a willingness to understand by various means made our communication possible. For example like many places I've stayed at around the country, alternatives to cow’s milk are available, tho’ they are not always advertised or displayed and one has to think outside the box. "The room was small but had everything you could wish for. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, 2 irons, small fridge, etc. the heating was a little too warm for us but not too much. Lovely as you are almost in the centre of Brighton, close to the seafront so not too much walking to get where you want to go. "

"Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. "
