The staff were amazing, friendly and new the rules around my assistance dog (which makes a change as a lot of the hotels I stay in think of her as a pet and either try to restrict my access to certain areas or try to charge for her). "Great hotel and only 15 minute walk to town centre. No parking but there is a public car park a 5 min walk away which was £11 for 24hrs. Room and bathroom great size and very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was mostly good but only eggs were scrambled and they and the bacon were hard as sat under heat lamps "
