Hotels.com and the hotel itself didn't offer an apology or any kind of credit for the hastle they put me through."

"Delightful. Third party booking definitely had some misleading wording regarding “double rooms” but the Ladies at the front desk were awesome and super accommodating. They were able to switch my room to A more convenient one without any issues. They also accepted Apple Pay for the deposit which was convenient for me. They also have an atm on site at the front entrance, along with a variety of toiletry & etc. items available for purchase. "
