"I’m usually very critical in my reviews, but this place deserves a 100 out of 10! It was stunning—far more beautiful than the photos. The décor was cozy, the interior was bright and well-lit, and the outdoor setup with patio furniture, a fire pit, and a BBQ was perfect. My 8-year-old daughter loved the swing set and used it every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, just like home, and there were convenient charging stations by the bed and couch. The fireplace was a great touch, with the option to use it with or without heat and a timer for peace of mind. The kitchen was the perfect size and had everything needed to cook a meal was provided. While there wasn’t a dishwasher, it’s understandable for an RV. Honestly, this place gave me RV fever—we’re already considering getting one!"

"Good - Management company for the property was one of the best we have encountered. Responded quickly to call or text and resolved issues reported. Space was good for 4 adults - house was in great location/neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped as far as pans, plates, appliances. Pool service did great job. Bad - TVs were all different, multiple remotes and only one instruction that didn’t work most of the time. Ended up just using our streaming apps. Although there were some good towels, most of the others were older/mismatched. No spices (not even salt or pepper) or things like aluminum foil. Ugly: Arrived to air conditioning not working and took 2 days to fix had to go to hotel. Air, even after fixed, was not cooling 2nd king bedroom well - no overhead fan. Had to use three floor fans in that area to keep it cool. Refrigerator was leaking water on floor when arrived. Pool cage missing big panel, pool deck area not clean. Beware that the community only allows 2 adults to have IDs, so in our case with 4 adults - the other 2 adults could not use amenties without one of us being with them which was not clear when reserving.Very inconvenient after paying extra for this access. How can a house in Florida not have an emergency kit for hurricane/power outages? We only found one flashlight which had battery corrosion. (Leasing company did send over a new flashlight). Overall, we made the best of the situation so we could enjoy our family/vacation."

"Beautiful place and neighborhood"

"My wife and I along with our 2 11 year old daughters lost our home in a flood due to Hurricane Debby. Zoe let us make this our temporary home for a month and ill be forever grateful. He worked with us on a weekly basis as we weren't sure how long it would take to either get back into our home or find a new one. He was a lifesaver for us. The place is absolutely beautiful and we were extremely comfortable and enjoyed being just minutes from our neighborhood and being able to check on our house daily. Everything you need is there.Thanks again Zoe!"
