" Our family had the most wonderful weekend getaway at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible pool area — we spent most of our time there! Being able to order delicious food poolside was such a great way to save time and maximize our time outdoors. It was perfect for our family, who just wanted to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. A special shoutout to John, the lifeguard at one of the slides — he went above and beyond every time we saw him. He interacted with our family each time we went up and was especially attentive to my son, making sure he was having a great time. I also noticed how patient and supportive he was with kids who were a little hesitant about going down the slide. His kindness truly stood out. We can’t wait to come back soon with our little family.
