This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

The Boat House is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.

A flat-screen TV, a Bose radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

A walk through the area of Bonita Shores gives an exotic feeling of life. In a few minutes you can also reach Doc's Beach House. This beach bar invites you for a cold drink and a tasty snack. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in an idyllic atmosphere surrounded by palm trees and the beach.

Are you traveling with small children? Our cottage is very family friendly. You will find z. Two high chairs, a manoeuvrable stroller, a cot, some books and toys and a lot of sand toys for the beach.

Great setup for a family
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with just about everything we needed. It was especially accommodating to our infant, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Lovely stay with a beautiful clear pool which made us very lazy & not leave the cottage as much as we should . Very tasteful decor & beautiful linens . Could have done with some inside info on Beach parking & nice restaurants - but we managed. Felt very relaxed & charmed here & really glad we came !

What a wonder holiday we had in Bonita Springs. Property was just as per pictures and the location was perfect with lots to do for all ages. The pool was lovely and the villa had everything we needed and loads of space for a family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

„Boothouse“ a nice place to stay
The House has Style and a lot of Space and is well equipped to Support a Family on vacation. The Pool is a plus especially for the Kids and the Location is perfeclty close to several State Parks / beaches. We had a great time there and can definitely recomnend the Place.

Boathouse review
We had a wonderful 12 day stay. The property is accurately described, very clean and the location is great - close to the beach and to Tamiami so you can get where you need to go quickly. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen is fully stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet as well, so sleeping was never a problem. We will be back.

Wonderful experience in Bonita Springs
We plan a yearly Beach trip with our friends, and this property was by far one of the best places we have stayed! The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of beach chairs and supplies. The location and convenience to beaches, shopping and restaurants made this house a great choice. The pool was fabulous and refreshing. We are looking forward to our next stay! Would love to stay in this beautiful home again!

Beautiful home, great property manager, would definitely stay again!
My husband, two children (ages 11 and 8) and I stayed here last week and I was so impressed. Marion was so communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. The property was well kept - very clean, exactly like the pictures, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again! We all loved the pool as well! You won't regret booking this property!

Very nice pool
We had never stayed in the Bonita Springs area before. The location of the house is great. As time goes on Bonita Beaches will be opened. We had to adjust our beach location. What made up for that was the wonderful pool in the backyard. The saltwater pool was great.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation
We booked this beautiful house for our thanksgiving family vacation. It was everything they said it was and more. The house it’s self was welcoming and extremely comfortable. We had a few hiccups but the owners we very speedy I mean like if I messaged them they were extremely quick to respond! The neighborhood was cute and quiet. A lot of things we easy to walk to we did Uber a few times which were very affordable. I hope this becomes an annual vacation for our family!! The mini safari golf was a blast even our teenaged daughter had fun!! So many Good restaurants as well!!!

Everything you need for your vacation is included at The Boat House! I would definitely recommend and return for another visit. Super clean and well kept. Located about 30minutes from Naples while having everything imaginable located within 5minutes from the house. Shopping,beaches,churches and food choices for miles! This property is absolutely beautiful!! The house is superb, very clean and very comfortable!! The pool is beautiful!! While my grandson and I were visiting the pool service came to clean the pool…the pool is as clean as the house. Marion and her husband were so wonderful to work with!! Always available to answer any questions. We definitely will be back…..maybe even try one of their other properties….this one was so wonderful maybe just return here😍. The location is convenient for the beach airport and we even made it to a water park nearby and did some miniature golfing.

Much nicer home than we expected!
We had the most wonderful stay in the Boat House. Communication with the owner was pleasant and prompt. It was a home away from home for us. I slept better there as I do at home. Wonderful mattress. Supermarket and Restaurants are just a few blocks away whilst this home is nested in a quiet beach neighborhood. The beach was much closer than we thought and watching the sunset at Doc's Beachhouse is a tip I'd like to pass in to future travelers. Beach chairs, umbrella & cooler are there which was a major plus for this home. Even tough we didn't cook. Everything is there... WOW! We'll be back and will recommend this rental to friends & family.
