"Property was great, but when we arrived they charged more than the amount stated on the booking. We were able to show the paperwork for the booking but they didn't care and gave no concession or explanation - just pay it or cancel, so we had to pay. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "
