"Clean, nice staff, east check in, waffle and some hot items for breakfast, good enough for me. I like the coffee and tea bar that is available. Price is good, right off highway, Just a small warning, the cargo train that comes by at night sounds like a motorcycle in the parking lot but it is only for a few minutes and if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, good stay! "

"We found the Arras property last year and did another trip this Jan. The staff is always so incredibly nice and ready to assist. Hotel is well positioned to walk to lots of restaurant choices downtown. We did have some room issues this trip. The TV screen was dying and not really usable for a good portion of the stay. It took a couple calls to get it switched out so we didn't have a TV for half our stay. I was also disappointed to find the soaking tub's drain plug was broken and would not hold...
