"Overall the stay is nice; hot tub was not working the day we arrived and we weren’t informed of that prior; beds are not comfy at all but that usually how it goes; pool area is nice; staff friendly and helpful "

"Easy and quick check-in and checkout. Near highway exit, close to downtown, close to shopping mall, and very close to other convenient locations. The room was clean, towels were soft, the tub did not have any mold, the mattress although too soft for me, was not in bad shape, and there was daily breakfast (although I did not taste it). I stayed for 4 nights - one through direct reservation, 3 through Expedia. They also have a 24 hours gym and other amenities. Will definitely be back. "

"My family's first trip to Gatlinburg. Cabin was perfectly located between Dollywood and activities of Gatlinburg. Cabin was well appointed and very clean. Cups of coffee in the mornings, looking out at the view from the rocking chairs was my favorite activity. My girls loved looking at the lights and stars from the hot tub at night. Cabin was well worth the cost. Thanks for having us!"
