"Amazing property, terrible service. Hotel was super clean, we enjoyed our stay, minus all the really unhelpful staff. Had 5 interactions with staff employees while there. 4 were super negative, not helpful and almost rude, and the 5th was the concierge who was nice, mostly because he just wanted to sell me stuff to local attractions."

"Heta, the desk clerk was amazing! We had an issue with our entrance door upon entry. Heta was so nice and upgraded our stay by offering another room on the front with a balcony view of town. We stayed here back in October, 2024 which was really good, so we decided to come back last week (March '25) March 17 thru March 20"

The room was very small with low ceilings, bed was one of the hardest beds at a hotel, and our lamp next to the bed didn’t work.
