"The geese were very loud and that made it hard to sleep. However, we left the bathroom fan and tv on the second night and that helped drown out the noise from them. Otherwise, this is a fabulous place to stay. Room was amazing! "

"This was very convenient to places to eat and the arena in downtown Asheville. Beds were very comfortable and I even love the toiletries supplied by the hotel. Highly recommend it! The only thing I noticed was the hallway carpet was old. That is an easy fix and I keep hoping hotels stop using carpet as they are very hard and time consuming to keep clean."

"Excellent experience. My only comment is you must put a sign of your name right at the front of the building. We had trouble finding the building and we had to ask your neighbor Hyatt and he sent us next door to you. Hyatt, Confort Inn, Hampton Inn have their sign. Why don’t you do the same?"

"We come to Asheville a few times a year. We had stayed at a few places before finding the Haywood and had been very happy there until their recent renovations took out their bathtubs. I have nerve conditions that need me to soak my legs. That led me to calling a bunch of places and finding the Windsor and I’m so glad I did. It had a wonderful location, charm and much better than an average hotel stay. (It was even cheaper than our previous hotel by a tad) The amenities couldn’t be beat. Will...
