Hot pool not functioning, no complimentary bottled water, bathroom has some hair strands from the previous guest. Nice and friendly front desk (Anna), felt secured during my stay, breakfast during weekdays must be extended until 10am.

Overall clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, gym was clean. We were looking forward to using the indoor pool since it's winter but it was "out of order" not a big deal things happen, just was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. But would stay again if in that area

I booked a room for one night right after Christmas. I am a local, and my children love swimming, so this was a Christmas gift for the 3 of them. It’s been a rough 3 months. Nowhere online did it indicate that the pool was closed for renovations. We were given a pass to go across the street to swim at the Fairfield hotel. Had I known the pool was closed, I simply would have booked a room in a hotel where I wouldn’t have to bundle up 3 small children for winter weather and drive across a busy road in a high traffic area to swim. I’m not happy with my stay. I’m actually pretty upset.
