"Location location! From the moment we met Nic the Door man we felt welcome. Everyone was very helpful. If we go back to London we will stay here again! "

"Well located to 'posh' shops, Harrods etc. Near to Knightsbridge tube. Reception staff were friendly. I had asked for a high up room on my reservation but this was not picked up on. My room was clean and tidy, although it was showing a few signs of needing renovation, e.g. seal and grout in batthroom. Managed to get a good price for a double room meaning value for money was good."

"Fantastic and staff very helpful. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable and very clean and modern. Breakfast excellent and range of Gluten Free on menu and staff understanding of GF intolerence was a great asset to the hotel. "
