"The location of the hotel is in the business area, but it was great for us to be able to walk to malls and shopping areas near by as well as lots of dining options. The staff were incredible, especially the Manager, Nic. He was able to get us an early check-in and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The pool and sauna as part of the spa was very lovely. The service at the rooftop bar was a bit slow and it took a while to get someone's attention when we needed it, but it was a great vibe. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, dinner recommendations and reservations, arranging airport pickup and taxi rides. We attended a complimentary wine tasting event. Easy walking access to museums, cathedral, artisans. The room was spacious and comfortable. "

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"

"It was close to the airport for our arrival at night and we were picked up from this location. We had no way to darken our room, but it didn’t bother us. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was fine and the coffee too. We felt safe in our room."

"Luxury hotel, but Front desk & the door man wasn’t very friendly. Properly size is really small so very easy to hear others conversation if someone is outside. The area has a lot of good quality restaurants. Very nice"
