"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "It was really bad experience with the wifi connection, for me it very necessary the internet cuz I had to work over there, but it was impossible to do. I can recommend the place. It so many other similar places in Santiago center with much better service. "

"I stayed in the private apartment (thought was on sight) But it is down the street from the hostel. The apartment is basic and no shampoo or anything like that. Two towels and no dish towels. Apartment was kind of run down but the price is what you get. Bed was not that comfortable and no ac; just a fan. Area was close to the plaza and the lucia hill (5-10 minute walk) nice views from 22nd floor but stayed for 3 nights in Santiago and least favorite city so far; graffiti everywhere after the...
