Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "There was NO HEAT! It was -2 outside and we were freezing. We had two mini portable heaters and both didn’t work. There was no hot water. The hairdryer was broken. There was no communication beforehand and check-in was a nightmare. "
