"Was moved to lower standard property Willows Training Centre due to low occupancy at Woodlands Event Centre, so didn't get to actually stay here. Weren't going to reimburse difference in room rate, but gave me upgraded room when I complained. Staff all friendly, obviously trying hard to be eco friendly. "
