The general ambience of the hotel is very calm and pleasant. But it lacks attention to detail. Replenishment of the coffee was a bit lax. Decaf coffee pods replaced by normal and i’m not allowed to drink caffeine! The bed springs were sticking through and the hotel needs a refurbishment. One night stay for a celebration at another hotel nearby. Conveniently close to Milton Keynes Central train station. Didn’t really get to use the all the facilities but stay was comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Would visit again.
