Room was clean and quiet and got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine and at least had hot options, had everything but eggs. The buttons on the shower were missing, thankfully didn't affect the water temperature or pressure. A decent option all in all

Nice welcome from staff, comfortable room on 2nd floor accessed by lift or stairs. Bed comfy, sofa bed could have been better but was fine. Air conditioning was only set to heat mode (in October), but you could turn it off and open the window instead. Good breakfast selection. Overall a good stay.

Superb hotel
This is an excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff; excellent, clean, good-size room with a fantastic shower room and toilet with a Jack and Jill door. All spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included and delicious. The buffet was replenished regularly.

Lovely Hotel Close to Bedford Town Centre
The plus for me was the included breakfast in what's an already reasonable price per night. Went for the Bedford River Festival weekend so this was out of town but about 10 mins into town by taxi at about £10 taxi fare

Comfortable but a bit rough around the edges
Very friendly, efficient check in despite arriving after midnight. Large comfortable room but starting to show signs of wear and tear. Annoyingly, the usb sockets didn’t work and the nearest mains socket to charge my phone was the other side of the room, more than 3m away. The carpet could do with a clean.

Breakfast was just ok. The food area was a tad messy with spilt food. Tables were not cleared. There was only 1 very large table that was clear but as there was only 2 of us it was far too big. The man on reception cleared the tables in the end and ask was OK. Room was clean and comfortable but bathroom light flashed on and off from the time we got there to time we left. Would still recommended this hotel.
