"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"Everything for the most part was great. My wife got an attitude 3 times from Cantrell on the night shift (she believes that was her name), but everyone else was superb! James and Carmen were exceptional. I know space was limited but I would have liked to have seen more HC parking. Also two things with the room, the toilet was too close to the wall imo, and it might be a good idea for you to invest in some rubber mats for the showers. The porcelain is very slippery.
