GA/FL football trip
Place was perfect size for me and a friend for GA/FL football stay. Walking distance to most of the bars, restaurants in Jax Beach. Short walk to beach. Property manager communicated well. Would stay here again.

Adorable bungalow at the beach
This property is a wonderful place to stay for 2-4 people. It has everything you need and withing walking distance to the beach. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by. Here are some things I wish the property had: Lamps in the rooms Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Outside water spigot to rinse off feet, beach chairs However, these two things are definitely not deal killers and we would stay there again!

Nice stay. Property is old and in need of some upgrades, but good size and very comfortable. Ample parking (a big plus). Fairly close to everything.

This place was perfect for 2-4 people. It’s an adorable cottage about 4 blocks from the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars very close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Small, older property close to the beach. Upstairs is a separate rental and creaky wooden stairs going up there is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.

Loved the house and area!
We loved the house and felt comfortable like home. Had everything we needed, washer and dryer would have been nice but wasn’t needed this trip and they are working on getting the up and running for the house. Very happy with the house and had a great time!

Easy walk to the beach.
The house is very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Spare on lighting outlets, so all lighting is overhead. It is an interesting set up that could use some better decorating. But, with that said, it is still a fine place to stay walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
