The staff are so welcoming and pleasant , the lobby has that beautiful luxurious look , feel and aroma … The breakfast spread was amazing . At the hotel as some awesome pubs and restaurants in its premises . Will definitely visit again ! "

"Arrived late afternoon. Turned shower on and no hot water. Called reception and they sent maintenance guy. He turned taps on and said let it run. We did for 20 minutes before hot water came through. We had a reservation fir dinner which we were late for. Apart from that a pleasant stay."

"Property is cheap, has guest car park, centrally located. But on the downside, property is old and poorly maintained. Roaches in rooms, no hot water, ac vent dirty, no functional pool, dirty couch, dirty carpet, i requested for my room tonbe cleaned, 1 day later it is yet to be cleaned."

"Check-In could not happen on-time, finally when it did, my key did not work for the room, tried a 2nd and third key, still didn't work, finally got the manager involved and had to move rooms. The club in the hotel is extremely loud and goes on until 3am. Room wasn't made up on the second day and when I returned to my room had to call for housekeeping. I'm still awaiting for the block on my credit card to be unblocked. I wont be staying here again."
