"This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens and with a private beach. Facilities are excellent and very well appointed but it also has a relaxed and welcoming feel. Our room was kept spotless with a huge and very comfortable bed. We love the range of different restaurant options as you can use those of the next door Westin and W as well; there is everything from Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean fish dishes, Steaks, or more 'relaxed' dining at the Horizon Pool bar. "Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Great location, great staff always willing to help. The access to the mall of Emirates is also really convenient. The overall service at the property was fantastic. Absolute value for for money. Given this is an older property, we didn't expect the condition to be so top notch but it was. Our suite was very spacious and if we were to go back to Dubai, we would absolutely stay here without thinking twice. The only draw back if any was the breakfast buffet...
