Find Ski Hotels in Jumeirah Beach Residence

"When we arrived at the appartment we struggled to get into the building . However, we 've been told that there is guy should be there when we arrive to help and check the room but nobody was there . The security guy didnt help. The other thing that when we booked the appartment It supposed to be ready for 5 guys but there where beds just for 4 and not enough towels . We supposed to get enterance card to get inside the parking and inside the building . We tried to call the office several times...

"Only had one meal at this hotel for breakfast, food was cold and there were flies around the food, thankfully with the package we could eat at the sister Hilton hotel and had the rest of our meals there, food was warm and was a nicer environment to eat at that hotel. Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts were terrible, often had a long wait and lifts regularly stopped on floors when nobody was waiting.
