"From start to finish of our stay the staff were unbelievable!! We were greated by a lovely gentleman who escorted our luggage for us into the main desk; where we were then greeted by a lovely lady to check us in & offered early check in… which was perfect for us as we were just off a long overnight flight with no sleep! They also decorated our room as it was our anniversary. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were perfection. Daily cleaning was done and room was brand new again. Walking...

"The public spaces in the hotel are in good condition but hotel rooms could do with some serious refreshing. My room was on the 1st floor, right on the street, hence very loud. I could not sleep all night as, in addition to constant traffic noise, there was some work ongoing and I had the sound of trucks and machines right outside the window all night. The mattress is also very hard. When I told the counter about my experience, they did not seem very bothered. I will not stay again. "
