"Front office manager Louis and his staff went all the way in making sure my wife and I had one of the best hotel experience ever. Hotel was immacculately clean and beautiful. "The GM Premium is perfectly situated in the Old Quarter for walking to Train street, Hoa Lo Prison, multiple museums and parks. The staff at GM was phenomenal. Vivian, our personal concierge, pointed out great places to visit and eat each day. We could not have enjoyed Hanoi this much without her."
