"Awesome stay. Very clean and room was spacious and close to Wat Pho, and a 15 min walk to grand palace and Chao Phraya boat tours. Nice breakfast overlooking War Arun. Staff helped me to sort out my baggage and were very responsive on messaging feature. "

"This "hotel" is more of an extended stay place or an "aparthotel" meaning it has a fridge, sink, and microwave. The place wasn't in good shape. There were bugs in the room, the shower drain was clogged and it was an odd experience overall staying there. There was a note in the shower to cover the drain when not in use to prevent a sewage smell. Hm. The building itself appears to be a converted office building. "This is our return stay at the hotel. The same type of room is bigger this time. No VIP upgrade. We did received the two drinks. The room is facing the pool and BTS, much better window views. Free minibar. The staff were great and always greet or hold the door/elevator. There are construction noises from the hallway due to the 7.7 earthquake. They worked until 8pm to get one of the wall slab replaced. There are cosmetic cracks at the emergency staircase that were also repaired. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices that it felt like a lunch buffet. Ice cream, hot drinks, and cold drinks are available. Asian cuisines are more focused. The pool and the gym were great. There are also a video game room for kids. The sauna and steam rooms are available along with shower and other amenities. "
