Needs paint, furniture upgrades in most of the bars and restaurants, the elevators are always down and it’s frustrating to wait for the only working one in a 64 floor tower. Expedia VIP/Gold status means zero here. They do not recognize those “perks” or give them. Again the staff is amazing. "In many ways this is just another high quality Bangkok hotel with a cool rooftop bar. But three things make it stand out in a crowded market. First, the stunning views over the Chao Praya river. Second, the enormous and super-comfy King-plus sized bed. And finally, the breakfast buffet, which is the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for a couple’s visit to Bangkok. "
