"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."

"Booked one night for fun in Bangkok, the location is perfect, directly across from the large mall. Free Boat service back and forth. Our room 15th floor Mandarine suite, was exceptional. This hotel does not miss a thing from the smallest details. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was great. Lorenzo was our Waiter, and he did a superb job. I would highly recommend this Hotel, and plan on staying again."

"I loved everything about this hotel. As soon as you arrived it smelled so clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of places to eat around in case you don’t want to eat at the hotel. They also offer free ferry rides. The pool area is very nice beautiful view. "
