"The staff was great and very friendly. We were upgraded to a room with terrace, which was nice. Outstanding breakfast buffet ( one of the finest we’ve encountered), though expensive. Pleasant riverside bar (though the live vocal combo was consistently off pitch). Evening dining options were weak and neighborhood seemed isolated. Not sure it gives a visitor a sense of the real pulse of Bangkok, which would be our primary objection"

"Excellent location. Walking distance to Asiarique and hotel offers complimentary (one way) daily boat service to Central Pier. Staff are very helpful too. My husband left his mobile phone in the cab and the hotel staff assisted in contacying the driver. We haven't had the chance to usr the ameneties so couldn't comment on those :) "
