"Basic rooms, but comfortable "

"Very solid hotel; the rooms were nice, facilities & amenities good, front desk was flexible, very good breakfast, good location. No complaints at all. I rate this 5 star given international travel, probably 4 star in the US. Quiet rooms. My only nitpick might be the somewhat dark walkway from the main street up the hotel driveway to the entrance (there's not a walking path). "

"What a great place to stay. Almost centrally located to everything you want to be near. Shopping, restaurants, tours, the beach!!!, and street vendors are so close by. The manager Skandar was exceptionally nice and helpful. All his suggestions and tips were spot on for us. I think he went out of his way to make sure our stay was the best in Phuket. "I love the size of room 1.5 bath. The staff were just amazing. Disappointed with the condition of the spa sauna in disrepair and there was an issue with the WiFi during my stay. However whenever I come to Pattaya I will try and stay here."
